The strategy of the global Great Place to Work Institute is to create successful businesses, desirable workplaces, and thriving economies and communities throughout Europe. We have helped them create innovative and engaging campaign material for their prestigious clients such as British Gas, Microsoft, Twinings, Danone and Diageo since 2009.
The UK Institute’s various award schemes require new or refreshed brand identities every other year due to the growing number of categories and types of trophies required. We have worked closely with trophy producers to deliver a fresh and impactful design every time, most recently at their Best Workplaces awards in London.
Each year, we also consider the increasing digital demand of our clients’ campaign material. For Great Place to Work, we created an interactive HTML game which complemented the physical poster campaign (also based on the ‘join the dots’ concept). Try the game yourself!

We provide a full image manipulation, illustration and 3D rendering service. When campaigns need striking graphics which don’t reek of stock imagery, we use the a combination of the client’s images with custom graphics. Great Place to Work require new leading imagery annually and we have created a fresh look for all the company collateral with flexible outcomes, so the images can be used across all media.
One of the main products which Great Place to Work offer are the white papers and publications which get circulated also in the mainstream media such as The Guardian. We design all of the company’s reports and have created a recognisable visual identity and language based on the company’s values. We use custom infographics with digestible facts and figures to complement the reports, along with the cover design and the general creative.
