Chel-Ski is London’s largest indoor ski centre offering two hi-tech slopes where you can learn to ski or snowboard in a controlled environment, and enjoy their Alpine styled café/bar. We were tasked with creating a logo and brand guidelines that reflected the exciting modern facilities, but also harked back to the glamorous days of the Alps in the ’60s. As a venue primarily for instruction, the palette was chosen as a nod towards the French and Swiss national ski schools of the time.

The logo

Versatile enough that it works both etched into glass and embroidered on to an instructor’s fleece, the Chel-Ski logo also provides the graphic elements for the other branding collateral.

Alex Chilton Design excelled in designing our logo. Alex was patient and researched our business, service and staff before coming up with our final design. I was very impressed how it evolved. The logo fits our company so perfectly and we have had nothing but good feedback.
