Ergo is a global advisory firm on natural resources and economic and social performance, which specialises in innovative approaches and practical advice. Due to the success of our other work in the extractives industry, Ergo commissioned us to create their first large publication on mining. Our involvement was crucial from the start, as Ergo didn’t have a brand style in place for their reporting – and the structure of the finished products needed our guidance in terms of the user experience. (CISL) is a globally influential Institute developing solutions, and leadership, for a sustainable economy. It seeks to demonstrate how the economy can be ‘rewired’ to deliver positive outcomes for people and the environment. They required a set of infographic pieces which complemented and enriched their existing set of visual communications, and also a revised user interface for an eLearning programme. Safera is a Finnish company that specialises in the prevention of cooking fires. It has manufactured the world’s most intelligent stove guards since 2007. They employed us as infographics experts to create visual narratives and communication pieces for their growing global audience.

Mining is the mainstay of the Zambian Economy. The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) is an international coalition of governments, mining companies and investors whose main objective is to promote transparency and accountability by disclosing what revenue-share gas, oil and mining companies pay to the government.
Extractives Hub is a free information resource for the mining and extractives industry, consisting of guides, events, news and analysis. We were commissioned to create a series of eye-catching and slightly quirky social media adverts for their monthly campaigns. We quickly responded to the client’s brief by providing mockups, and our insight allowed the client to turn the projects round well before the deadline. After a while, the client was able to tell us simply to ‘work our magic’, as they trusted us to put together a new design with very little direction from them.More Work
